【Application 】

Sulphur black BR is a synthetic organic dye, also known as ethyl sulfide pyrimidine. It is commonly used in dyes, pigments and inks. Its main uses are as follows:

1. Textile dyes: Sulphur Black BR 200% can be used to dye textiles, such as cotton, wool, silk and so on. It is able to bind to fiber molecules to form stable chemical bonds that allow the dye to adhere firmly to the fiber, providing color in a durable manner.

2. Pigment: Sulphur black BR can also be used as a pigment for pigment manufacturing and art painting. It has good light resistance and weather resistance, and vulcanized black 1 can be widely used in the pigment industry to keep the color colorless for a long time.

3. Ink: Sulphur black BR can be used to manufacture inks, such as ink and printing ink. Its deep color can provide good printing results, while having water, wear and chemical resistance.

4. Paper dyeing

Sulphur black is highly popular in denim dyeing, with factories in Pakistan and Bangladesh utilising 240% and 220% sulphur black respectively. We produce two colour grades of sulphur black, including crystalline sulphur black and powdered sulphur black: blue sulphur black and red sulphur black. Liquid sulphur black also offers additional options for dyeing your textiles.

Suitable fabrics: Sulphur black is suitable for dyeing 100% cotton denim and cotton-polyester blend fabrics. It is particularly well-suited for traditional indigo denim, as it yields a deep, rich black hue.

240% Sulphur Black is the highest concentration sulphur black dye, exhibiting a deep black hue with high colour fastness. It is suitable for dyeing fabrics requiring enduring, fade-resistant black colouration. Sulphur dyes are renowned for their vivid, brilliant colours and are commonly used to dye cellulose fibres such as cotton, alongside other natural and synthetic fibres. Vulcan dyes are celebrated for their outstanding wash fastness and lightfastness, making them a favoured choice for textiles requiring enduring colouration. Furthermore, they are both economical and environmentally friendly. Brilliant Vulcan Black is not water-soluble Vulcan Black.

Sulphur Black has sulphur black b and sulphur black br, two kinds are different by shade. BR means reddish in shade. B means bluish shade. Both sulphur black bluish and sulphur black reddish are welcomed by customers.

【What's Sulphur Black BR】

Sulphur black BR is black flake or grain. 

Sulphur black can be classified as BR (Bluish-Reddish) and B(Bluish)by their different tones, and the tone and quality can be adjusted according to the customer's requirements.

Insoluble in water and ethanol. Soluble in sodium sulfide solution is dark green; Greenish-black precipitate in hydrochloric acid; Blue in sodium hydroxide solution; It is slightly dissolved in concentrated sulfuric acid when cooled, heated to dark green light blue precipitation, continued heating to change to black blue, and produced green light blue precipitation after dilution. The dye was yellowish olive color in the alkaline insurance powder solution, and the original color could be restored after oxidation. Completely discolored in sodium hypochlorite solution
